Effective: 22 September 2026. These Terms govern use of the public Billz website and early-access experience. Commercial product access may also be subject to separate agreements.

1. Website purpose

The website provides information about Billz, an evolving Financial Operating System for company treasury, and allows organisations to request early access. Product descriptions may include prototypes, illustrative scenarios, target capabilities and future functionality.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, an offer of credit, a solicitation to invest, or a recommendation to enter any transaction. Organisations remain responsible for independent assessment and authorised decisions.

3. Illustrative product scenarios

Rates, yields, liquidity figures, borrowing examples, allocations, scores, forecasts and projected outcomes shown on the website are illustrative unless explicitly identified otherwise. They are not promises or guarantees of availability, performance or outcome.

4. Third-party infrastructure

Billz may rely on or integrate third-party payment providers, banks, protocols, wallets, exchanges, market-data services or other infrastructure. Availability and terms can depend on jurisdiction, eligibility, provider status and market conditions.

5. Digital-asset and onchain risk

Digital assets and onchain financial systems can involve market, depeg, liquidity, smart-contract, protocol, oracle, counterparty, operational, custody and regulatory risks, including loss of capital.

6. Early access

Requesting early access does not guarantee acceptance, product availability, a particular launch date, functionality or commercial terms. Billz may change, restrict or discontinue preview functionality.

7. Intellectual property

Billz branding, product designs, software, text, visuals and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties as to uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated as Billz, its legal structure and its services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current website version.

For contractual or legal enquiries, use the contact or early-access channel made available by Billz. The contracting legal entity and governing-law provisions should be specified in the applicable commercial agreement before paid service begins.
