Risk Disclosure
Billz is an evolving financial-technology product. Website scenarios are illustrative and may describe target functionality that is not yet generally available.
Financial and market risk
Treasury management, lending, borrowing, yield strategies and digital assets can result in losses. Returns can change rapidly and are never guaranteed.
Liquidity and borrowing risk
Borrowing against treasury assets can introduce interest costs, collateral requirements, margin or liquidation risk, provider constraints and changing borrowing capacity. An illustrative LTV or capacity is not a committed credit line.
Digital-asset and protocol risk
Stablecoins can depeg. Protocols and smart contracts can fail or be exploited. Oracles, bridges, wallets, custodians, counterparties and networks can fail or become unavailable.
Execution and provider risk
Payments and onchain actions can be delayed, rejected, partially executed or unavailable because of third-party providers, market conditions, compliance checks, technical failures or network conditions.
AI and model limitations
AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Billz’s target architecture uses structured Financial State, deterministic calculations, policy checks and approval controls for material decisions; AI output alone should not be treated as authoritative financial advice.
Regulatory and tax risk
The legal, regulatory, accounting and tax treatment of digital assets, borrowing, payments and DeFi varies by jurisdiction and can change. Obtain independent professional advice.
Product availability
Capabilities may differ by jurisdiction, organisation eligibility, supported assets, network, provider and product stage. Future or prototype functionality may never launch in the form shown.
