Privacy Policy
Effective: 22 September 2026. This policy describes the data handled through the public Billz website and early-access form.
1. Data we collect
When you request early access, Billz may collect your work email address, company name, treasury-size range, primary product need and information you voluntarily provide. Standard hosting infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, device/browser data, request logs and security events.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to early-access requests, qualify potential product users, operate and secure the website, understand product interest, communicate about Billz and comply with applicable obligations.
3. Service providers
The current website uses Vercel for hosting and HubSpot for early-access CRM/form processing. Those providers may process data on Billz’s behalf under their own contractual and security frameworks.
4. Cookies and analytics
Essential technical storage may be used where necessary for website operation and security. Non-essential analytics or advertising trackers should not be activated without the consent required by applicable law. If additional analytics are introduced, this policy and the consent experience should be updated.
5. Retention
Early-access and business-contact data should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, ongoing business discussions, legal obligations and legitimate record keeping.
6. Sharing
Billz does not sell personal data to advertisers. Data may be shared with service providers that support website, CRM, security, legal or operational functions, or where disclosure is required by law.
7. International processing
Service providers may process data in countries different from your own. Appropriate contractual or legal transfer mechanisms should be used where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
9. Security
Billz uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the website data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Contact and controller details
Privacy requests can be made through Billz’s published contact channel. Before broad commercial launch, the final operating legal entity, registered address and dedicated privacy contact should be published here and reviewed by qualified counsel.
